Hey. Today was pretty swell, I guess. Wrote 2 new songs, they are awesome. Not gonna post them until I read over them a few more times. Yeah.
Sorry to be brief, but I just got done posting a huge blog on another site, so I'm a little worn out.
Later.

Okay, remember how I said I wasn't gonna post any of my lyrics? Yeah, well, I lied. This is a part from a song I wrote in Social Studies last week, it's one of my favorites:
Got your feet on the ground Got your head in the clouds Got your eyes in the skies It'll all come crashing down
I would post the whole thing, but it's in my binder and I'm way too lazy to get my backpack from my basement. I might post some more later tonight, whatever.
Bye bye.
Your good ol' pal,

Shoe - I Stay Indoors |

Oh yeah, I got the "Drukqs" album by Aphex Twin yesterday, in brand new condition. I'm really glad, too, mainly because I got it for $4 when it usually goes for $20-$30 at the store. Yay
Bye.

| Acid Rose Invasion |

Had the first band meeting today. We made a short song, check it out:

Yeah, it's pretty rough. I made an edited version without the awkward pauses, but I have yet to upload it. I'm gonna record vocals tonight or tomorrow night and mix them in, it'll sound really cool. I wish the bass was louder, although I'm still really lucky to get a bass at all.
The main problem was the lack of focus. We had 5 hours, yet we only started recording after 4 of them. Erik kept on tuning his guitar, Andrew kept playing around with his MIDI Controller, and Daniel kept messing with my keyboard. My voice is still hoarse from yelling at them.
I'm also pretty glad the rest of the album is written, so now I just have to add instruments. I would post some of the lyrics, but they sound pretty fruity when they aren't sung. Eventually I'll post the whole finished CD in one file for all 2 of my loyal LiveJournal readers to listen to.
Okay, enough for now.
Bye bye.

Today was pretty awesome. The Social Studies test went pretty good, I think I did good on it. I made an awesome Avatar/Signature set, check it out.

I'm pretty proud of them, especially the first one.
But yeah, today was good. I got a lot of work done, actually paid attention during my classes, and for once I actually helped with the lab in Science.
I know a lot of people hate them, but I love Blink-182. Their last 3 albums are awesome, especially Enema of the State. The lyrics are so-so and I don't like the members of the band that much, but the music itself is very well done.
Anyways, I'm done for tonight. Later.

Dane Cook - BAMF |
] |
Today was pretty fun, I suppose. I was really out of it today, so I didn't say much or do anything. During Math, I started laughing somewhat loudly after remembering a hilarious Dane Cook routine. All of the people around me just sort of stared and rolled their eyes. Hmm.
Whatever. Bye.
